Meet the Team

Sarah’s massage journey began at the South Carolina Massage & Esthetician Institute, where she completed her training, and graduated in 2004. Shortly after graduating, Sarah passed her National Exam, and began her career in a Chiropractic Office. Years later Sarah took her wealth of knowledge and expanded into the spa industry.

When asking Sarah to describe her style, she explains “I like to bring the two worlds together, relaxation & therapeutic muscle work”. She further describes the healing benefits of being able to relax the mind and body, while targeting specific muscular trigger points for the benefit of increasing mobility and decreasing tension and muscle fatigue.
